"Worst experience ever. I booked through Agoda and it costed me 4,300. no hot water for bath in winter, worst service had to call reception thrice but still no answer. I paid 800 rs for breakfast and all I got was aloo puri. Bathroom was leaking from its roof. Rooms are small and not at all maintained. Bathroom was not cleaned properly when I checked in. Worst service and staff is not at all trained properly. Worst experience of staying in a hotel. Would never recommend this hotel to anybody."
